Canadian Paralympic Foundation Representative
Marc-André Fabien is Vice-Chair of the Canadian Paralympic Foundation (CPF) and serves as the CPF’s representative on the Canadian Paralympic Committee’s Board of Directors.
Marc-André is an accomplished lawyer and senior partner at Fasken Martineau in Montreal. He is recognized for his consummate grasp of complex litigations frequently under the media spotlight. He has pleaded before all levels of courts, including the International Court of Arbitration for Sport.
