Paralympic Development Director
Gail Hamamoto is the Director of Sport Development for the BC Wheelchair Sports Association and the Chair of the Canadian Wheelchair Rugby Management Committee under the Canadian Wheelchair Sports Association. Gail is the Co-Chair of the Organizing Committee for the 2010 World Wheelchair Rugby Championships, being hosted this September at the Richmond Olympic Oval.
Gail was elected to the CPC Board of Directors as the Director of Paralympic Development in 2009, and has been a member of the CPC’s Paralympic Development Committee since 2005. Gail attended the 2004 and 2008 Summer Paralympic Games as a member of the International Wheelchair Rugby Federation’s Executive Committee.
